Food Taste Testing

All you have to do is to answer the call put out by the companies and you will be doing a taste test on all types of products. There are new products being introduced monthly, but the public may actually only have the ability to purchase new products three or four times a year. The reason is, either the new products just do not measure up and are tossed aside, or they go back to the drawing board for more work.

Tastings not only allow you to try the food before your event but also provide you with the opportunity to spend time with your caterer. Use this opportunity to share your likes and dislikes as well as discussing other aspects of your wedding. The better your caterer gets to know you the better the service they will be able to provide you with. Don't be afraid to ask questions. This is your time with your caterer.

There is a Japanese food tasting event that allows you to explore Japanese culture. This is a sit down event. It lasts for about two and a half hours and begins at six p.m. Some of the authentic Japanese dishes that you will eat are Sashami, Nigiri, Maki, Japanese Tapas, fresh wasabi, Japanese dessert, and Japanese Sake. This tasting will fill you up for the night.

There are a couple meals that I really like in the dinner category. These are the raviolis and the pizzas. You can chose from cheese or cheese and spinach as far as ravioli goes. Both are go and there's no so much spinach in it so that it has a strong taste. In terms of pizza, you have a few choices, the flat bread, the sour dough and the thick crust. All is pretty decent, but I'm partial to the flat bread.
